The Client acknowledges that waiving the right to purchase the SaaS security solution, SaaS365 Secure, is AGAINST THE ADVICE OF JUNTO Technology.
The Client, for itself and all parties who have or may have the right to bring a claim, releases, and indemnifies, JUNTO Technology from and against all claims, liabilities and damages whatsoever regarding arising out of the Client's decision to decline the SaaS security solution, SaaS365 Secure, including, among other things, any external or internal threats to or breaches of the Client's systems, applications or data.

The Client understands that if they desire to add the SaaS security solution, SaaS365 Secure, at a later date, the price and solution options may change for various reasons. The Client fully acknowledges that they have reviewed this document and understand the potential implications of declining the SaaS security solution, SaaS365 Secure, AGAINST THE RECOMMENDATION OF JUNTO Technology.
